Our firm has over twenty years of combined experience in the PEO industry. We realize that in order for us to provide our clients with the highest level of service, we cannot be “all things to all people.” Therefore, we have made our niche in the labor intensive market. We value our clients and do everything we can to bring them success. Unlike most PEO brokerages, J2 representatives continue to personally oversee their customer accounts after they have been placed with PEOs, in order to ensure optimum customer care. |

| J2 realizes that business owners start their businesses for many reasons; however, they typically do not get into business to become human resources experts, tax specialists, insurance authorities, and payroll administrators. By utilizing our services, business owners are given the gifts of time and money. They are no longer spending long hours working on the non-revenue producing tasks of payroll and benefits administration, state and federal filings, tax issues, unemployment claims, and workers compensation claims. Instead, they are spending more of their time on tasks that are revenue producing, i.e. bidding on more jobs, overseeing projects, R & D, etc… J2’s purpose and goal is to provide it’s clients with optimum growth potential through time and cost savings.
